ECLSb contest weekend will run Feb 12-15; ECLSb contest on Sat, Feb 13

(Toronto) — Organizers are pleased to announce the panel of judges for the Eastern Canada LeatherSIR/Leatherboy 2010 contest, which will take place on Saturday, February 13 at Goodhandy’s in Toronto.

Serving on the judging panel will be:

  • International LeatherSIR 2009 Tony Palazzo, from Toronto, who will serve as head judge;
  • International Leatherboy 2009 Brad Hill, from Toronto;
  • International Community Bootblack 2009 Syr Evan, from Dallas;
  • boy Alex Dunlop, Bootblack Toronto 2006 and recipient of the ICBB 2006 Community Choice Award, from Toronto; and,
  • Matthew Pavelich, Mr Leatherman Toronto 2008 and Tally Master for ECLSb 2005-2007, also from Toronto.

Returning as Tally Master for ECLSb 2010 will be Master C’s slave Dan, of Toronto. Judge’s boy will be Master C’s slave Iain, of Toronto.

ECLSb contestants will be judged in four categories: Interview; Formal Speech; Physique; and Leather Sex Fantasy based on the region’s assigned theme. The interview is a private meeting in the afternoon with the judges; the other categories take part that night during the contest.

This 2010 contest theme will be “Cyber” — a theme that can include a wide range of play skills, however, must somehow involve the internet or computers. Contestants must incorporate this theme into their fantasy scene performed on stage during the contest. The fantasy portion is what sets the ECLSb contest apart from many other contests styled after the International Mr. Leather and Mid-Atlantic Leather formats.

LeatherSIR/Leatherboy are erotic titles representing the sexual side of gay leather men. The primary goal of ECLSb is networking and outreach, to help educate the community about leather men, our erotic expression, traditions and history – and of course, BDSM and hot leather sex!

ECLSb contest weekend will run Friday, February 12 through Monday, February 15 (a civic long weekend in Ontario). Additional information on the complete schedule of events will be announced in the weeks ahead.

Since 2005, Eastern Canada LeatherSIR / Leatherboy contest weekend has been produced by Brandon Matheson (EC LeatherSIR 2004) and Dan Falkenham (EC Leatherboy 2004).
