Call for Central Canada LeatherSIR/Leatherboy contestants

Contestant registration is now open for CCLSb 2014 contest weekend in April

(Toronto, Ontario, CA) — Contestant registration is open for the inaugural Central Canada LeatherSIR / Leatherboy 2014 contests. Who will be the first to hold the titles of Central Canada LeatherSIR and Leatherboy? In January, the former Eastern Canada region that has existed since 2003 was reorganized to create three new regions — Central Canada, Quebec and Atlantic Canada — making this the first time the titles of Central Canada LeatherSIR and Leatherboy will be awarded. The contest weekend will include the step-down of the Master R and Boy Dom, the last men to hold the titles of Eastern Canada LeatherSIR and Leatherboy, and the retirement of those titles.

CCLSb 2014 Contest

LeatherSIR / Leatherboy are erotic titles and often referred to as the “bad boys” of leather contests. One of the defining characteristics about this contest from other contests is the up front statement that it’s about sex. Both the contest and titles are about representing the sexual side of gay leathermen. Our primary goal is networking and outreach, to help educate the community about leathermen, our erotic expression, traditions and history – and of course, hot leather play and sex!

Steamworks Baths Toronto (www.SteamworksBaths.com) is the Presenting Sponsor of CCLSb 2014 and the official bathhouse of CCLSb.

Unlike many leather titles, CCLSb titleholders are largely self-directed, without a long list of stringent duties and rules. Titleholders chose how to fit their title responsibilities into their daily lives. CCLSb organizers are available to assist and support whenever required, but do not dictate how to run your life during your title year.

There are often misconceptions about being a CCLSb titleholder. Even though you (or someone you know) might not yet be ready to commit, anyone whose curiosity about the title or competing is piqued, is encouraged to contact the contest producers with questions.

CCLSb 2014 weekend will run Thursday, April 17 through Sunday, April 20 (the Easter holiday weekend). The weekend will feature seven events over four days; the roster of events to be announced at a later date.

The CCLSb contests will take place the afternoon of Saturday, April 19. The contest is open to leathermen and leatherboys who are residents of Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada. Please note, this is not a couples contest; contestants compete individually for their title.

Deadline for CCLSb 2014 contestant registration is Friday, April 11. To receive a contestant registration form, please contact us.

CCLSb is part of the International LeatherSIR / Leatherboy (ILSb) contest family. LeatherSIR / Leatherboy contests grew out of the now defunct International Mr Drummer and International Drummerboy contests. Winners of CCLSb will advance to compete at the International LeatherSIR/Leatherboy 2014 contest, which will take place Thursday, August 28 through Monday, September 1 in Dallas, Texas; CCLSb pays the contest registration, hotel and flight expenses.
